“Mind over Body” is a campaign that focuses on body shaming and dissatisfaction on one's own body. My aim in this high school project is to change the way that people see themselves and alter their thoughts to prove that the features and body shape is acceptable in life and social media and everyday advertising only shows the “happy world” which is usually fake.

 

The goal in this campaign is to prove that “touching up” and photoshop editing to the images is rive. Everyday people see this and think that that is the standard that they need to uphold when it's not even realistic and are going to extreme measure to attempt this. Shown though precedents, photography, logo, poster and a pamphlet.
